As a consulting editor and translator, Michel Forand has extensive experience in economics, statistics and public policy, and has edited and adapted a wide range of documents, from voluminous research reports to newsletters and speeches. Working for the Economic Council of Canada for more than 20 years, Mr. Forand supervised the editing of a great number of technical economic studies and policy reports to a standard suitable for readers with a technical or a policy background. Mr. Forand has a security clearance at the 'Secret' level from the Department of Foreign Affairs.
